Teletherapy

Teletherapy or online counseling is providing therapy through any type of technology device like a telephone, or live video call over the internet.

The main difference between teletherapy and face-to-face sessions, is that teletherapy is done with the help of technology and you can participate from the comfort of your home your office, during a break from classes etc. 

If you’ve ever used Skype on your computer or FaceTime on an Apple device, you’ve used similar types of technology teletherapy uses.

We live in a fast-paced society and time waits for no one: teletherapy allows us the unique opportunity to be flexible and take a pause in our day and practice self-care to attend to and take care of our mental healthcare needs.
